1. General Questions
Q1: What is Regli?
Regli is a technology platform that connects Customer(s) (User(s)) with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants(Service Providers). We provide the platform, scheduling, payment processing, and tools to manage your professional interactions. Regli does not provide professional advice directly.
Q2: Who can use Regli?
Regli is available to Users seeking regulated services and to licensed professionals who comply with local regulations. Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.
Q3: Is Regli a professional service provider?
No. Regli is a platform that facilitates connections. All services are provided by independent professionals. Regli is not responsible for the outcomes of any service.
2. Accounts & Sign-up
Q4: How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the Regli homepage and provide your name, email, and password. Users and service providers will follow different onboarding steps.
Q5: Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Each individual may have only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
Q6: How do I update my account information?
Log in, go to "Account Settings," and update your personal or professional information.
3. Listings & Services
Q7: How do I create a service listing?
Service providers can create listings after signing up. Fill in service details, scope, pricing and availability. Listings must comply with Regli’s content guidelines.
Q8: Can I list multiple services?
Yes, providers can list multiple services, each with its own description, price, and availability.
Q9: Can I list a free service?
No, free services can't be listed on Regli.
4. Bookings & Payments
Q10: How do bookings work?
Users select a service, choose an available date and time, and confirm the booking. Service providers receive a notification and can confirm the appointment.
Q11: Can I change or cancel a booking?
Cancellations are subject to the service provider’s cancellation policy. Some services may not be cancellable once confirmed.
Q12: How are payments processed?
All payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Regli does not store full payment card information.
Q13: Are payments refundable?
Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, service provider policy, or at Regli’s discretion in the case of platform errors.
5. Ratings & Reviews
Q14: Can I review a service provider?
Yes, after completing a booking, you may submit a review based on professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and quality of service. Reviews must not comment on outcomes or guarantees.
Q15: Can service providers review Users?
Yes. Both sides can submit reviews. All reviews are moderated and may be rejected or removed if they violate Regli’s Terms or policies.
Q16: Are reviews guaranteed to be published?
No. Regli moderates reviews to ensure compliance with our policies and reserves the right to reject or remove content.
6. Privacy & Security
Q17: How is my personal information used?
Regli collects information to create accounts, facilitate bookings, process payments, and improve the platform. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Q18: Is my information shared with service providers?
Yes, necessary information (like booking details) is shared to enable service delivery. We never sell personal information.
Q19: How secure is Regli?
Regli uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect User data.
7. Technical & Support
Q20: What if I encounter an error on the platform?

Q21: Does Regli offer mobile apps?
Currently, Regli is web-based. Mobile-friendly access is supported via modern browsers.
Q22: Can I recover a lost password?
Yes. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
8. Legal & Compliance
Q23: Does Regli guarantee the outcome of any service?
No. Regli does not provide professional advice and cannot guarantee outcomes. All results depend on the service provider and applicable regulations.
Q24: Can I request a refund?
Refunds are generally not available. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on eligibility and exceptions.
Q25: Can I terminate my account?
Yes. You can request account closure via "Account Settings" or by contacting support. Termination does not affect outstanding obligations, bookings, or platform fees.
