Refund & Cancellation Policy

Regli (“Regli”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as a technology platform connecting Customer(s) (“User(s)”) with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants(“Service Providers”). Refunds relate to services provided by Service Providers, and any agreement for services is between the Users and the Service Provider. Due to the digital, informational, and time-based nature of services offered on or through the Platform, purchases are generally non-refundable.

By using Regli, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Refund Policy

All payments made on Regli are final, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Regli does not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Users missing appointments or not showing up.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the User
  • Failure to complete required steps or respond in a timely manner
  • Delays caused by third parties, including government authorities, partners, or service providers
  • Misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the scope or nature of services
  • Platform fees, subscription fees, and listing fees charged by Regli are non-refundable

2. Service Providers

When a User engages with a Service Provider through or outside the Regli Platform, the service agreement and any refund obligations exist solely between the User and the service provider, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Regli is not responsible for:

  • Refund disputes involving third-party service providers
  • The quality, accuracy, or outcome of third-party services
  • Processing times, decisions, or results related to immigration or other regulated applications

Any complaints or refund requests relating to third-party services must be directed to the relevant service provider.


3. Cancellations

If cancellation is permitted for a specific service offered directly by Regli, the request must be submitted before service delivery begins and in accordance with any stated cancellation terms.

Once service delivery has commenced, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.


4. Service Delivery Issues

If a service isn't delivered due to a Service Provider not showing up, Regli may, at its sole discretion:

  • Help facilitate another booking of the same service with the Service Provider, or
  • Help eligible Users get the refunds for the service.

Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and no guarantee of refund is implied.


5. Disputes

If a dispute arises, Users should first contact the Service Provider directly.

Regli may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving service-related disputes.


6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of the User account
  • Legal actions to recover the outstanding amounts
  • Liability for administrative, and legal fees incurred by Regli

7. Policy Updates

Regli reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the Platform.
